Wednesday

Another rubbish sleep after  a bad night. Started the day by going to the pharmacist; showing her my cuts. I needed butterfly stitches. 

Had planned to meet a friend for lunch but because of a fatal accident  we couldn't get to each other. 

I went for lunch myself and a little wander round the shore where I found these little benches.
