And relax!

Just the one picture taken today. It was during the relaxation and meditation section of a class I like going to. First time I've been able to benefit from the glass roof of this studio though - it's usually in the other studio where there's no natural light. It was great to see the blue sky and the clouds scudding across my eyeline.

Other than that, I went to a very interesting seminar about sex and intimate relationships, and the law, of course. And spent the rest of the day in my dark hole of footnoting. I appear to have finished. I'll submit the paper tomorrow. Hurrah for that.

And Parliament is incomprehensible.
