The Farm Pond

It being Wide Angle Wednesday - and the theme being *something in your locality* - and it being a day that we walk past the farm pond, I thought I'd take a shot that would illustrate what I mean when I show you a bird or turtle or whatever in/near this pond and then say that I'm taking it from quite a distance away. This is an iPhone shot of the pond taken from the road, behind the fence. As can perhaps tell, I generally have to use my zoom to even determine if what I see is a duck or just a bit of flotsam! There was nothing whatsoever on the pond today, unfortunately.
