On the afternoon dog walk. Today i got on with an essay im writing for the next unit in my canine health and nutrition diploma. Been a while since ive written an essay its taking some concentrating. Managed to procastinate for a while and delete over 2000 unwanted emails in my account!!

Thankfully Cuillin calm and restful today.
