Lemon Cake

I went to KLB for coffee and lunch then home. When I arrived home there  was no electricity in the house. Rona and Peter came over as Peter was going to change my water filter. Peter made this lovely lemon cake for me and they also brought a flask of hot water.. 
The electricity still off at five o'clock so I cooked my dinner on top of the wood stove. The electricity came on after eight o@clock.
We had terrible thunder and lightning and my phones went off.
