Guard crow

I usually go for a long run on Saturday mornings (long for me, at least). I could have done so this morning, but recently I have been suffering a little with my right knee when going up and down stairs/steps. I think the running may be contributing to the soreness, even though I feel no pain when walking or running on the flat.

Anyway, as alternative exercise this morning I took my foster bike out for a ride along the cycle paths to the esplanade at Cramond. I carried my camera (also a foster belonging) in the hope that there might be something interesting to blip along the way. Unfortunately the light was really poor, but this funny crow cheered me up.
