Alfie announced that he would like to bake some bread. So he did, on his own, including nipping to the coop to get some of the ingredients. Measuring, mixing, kneading etc with only a little bit of advice from H.

We've just had some and I'm sorry Matt but this is possibly the best bread I have ever eaten!

I've spent the afternoon moving piles of leaves and garden stuff about, I unblocked a drain and broke the shovel, not ideal.
