Abstract

I must confess I took this picture when it was raining non-stop but I could just was easily have taken it five minutes ago because it is part of our cement coffee table and the rug underneath it, and hasn't changed at all in a week...even the milk stains from Ozzie's vigorous lapping of the remains of my morning latte...

I did think when I saw it through my viewfinder that it made an interesting abstract, for I am always interested in something straight from the camera. 

Besides, it's my birthday....
