a pause while streaking across the roof

3 squirrels today, one quite small that looked like a youngster.  watched one of the local crows swoop down and try and grab it, and then spent an hour running out on the balcony and scaring it away.  hope the little guy makes it til the trees leaf out and s/he has more cover! 

we are off to München tomorrow for the weekend, will finally have to learn how to use my phone to post a blip.  :)
