Kelpies

The Helix in Falkirk is a really imaginative use of former industrial land which there is in abundance in central Scotland. This place is a wonderful facility for the community and the crowning glory is the beautiful, graceful Kelpies themselves which sit beside the canal basin. This place was busy this afternoon with families, dog walkers and tourists who braved the chilly gusty breeze to enjoy some of the sunshine on offer.
