The Watts in springtime

Inspired by Paola's blip yesterday I decided if it wasn't raining today I wold also visit the Watts cemetery at Compton to take my yearly shots of the beautiful blue Scillia that grow up the main path and round all the lovely terracotta gravestones.
Well, the sun was shining when I woke up so off I went! The Scillia were indeed flowering, but not yet at their best I feel, but beautiful none the less, and this little pot at the end of a graveside curb was positively overflowing with them, set alight by the morning sun.
I have added a shot of my shadow as I took a picture looking back down the steep main path as an extra.
Work tomorrow....and the weather is warming up and calming down at last!!
