Golden

Friends bought us some beautiful flowers to celebrate a recent anniversary of ours from the week before.
They sent them late because we had been away.

Mr P has just built up his new trampette, he gets one about every three months.
They do have a year’s guarantee but we are realistic enough to know they don’t usually get the pounding he gives them : 600 bounces every morning.
He has dismantled the broken one to take all the metal parts for recycling, he’s then going for a coffee with his running partner who is recovering well from his hip replacement.
I’m meeting Elaine for lunch again as l’m trying to only exercise every other day.
