Geoffrey Bay, Magnetic Island

After uploading yesterday's blip we went to the on-site bar and were drawn into a Pub Quiz, MrD registered us as The Old Codjers, we did well on some subjects and pretty poor on others, but we were awarded a special prize of a voucher for a jug of beer! The party continued and we went off to bed, air-con full blast!

This morning we walked down to Horseshoe Bay and had a look round the Christmas Market near the bay, then we caught the local bus down to Arcadia, had lunch there then went to check out the rock wallabies, small and quite cute - one had a baby in it's pouch.

The bay in today's blip is typical of all the beautiful bays around the coast of this island. It's on the bend in the road, Arcadia is on the other side of the road. I'm cooking tonight so wishing you a happy Sunday x
