Luca in Alohaland!

The big day ... Luca's arrival here in Alohaland! Silly me, I hardly slept as I was so excited and agitated about his flight from New York. But it all went well and he sauntered out of the airport in his characteristically nonchalant way. So lovely to see him, and he seems genuinely pleased to be here (well, who wouldn't be happy to come to Alohaland?!)

We went into Waikiki and had a drink at the Outrigger Beach Bar before coming back to Waimanalo. The Hawaiian music and hula dancing was quintessentially kitsch, but fun to watch. After a long winter in New York, Luca is thrilled to be able to soak up some sun during his stay here. Let's hope there will be some ...
