Drain Pipe

I think this is a disused cast iron drainage pipe that now looks like it's functioning as a makeshift rubbish bin judging by the blue water bottle that someone has placed in it.  It's received a number of coats of paint over the years that have given up in places to expose the lovely rusty patina underneath.
