My office had a session on things that women do that hold us back professionally. One of them is ruminate. Clearly men can ruminate too but supposedly the research shows women do it more.
I used to. I don't anymore. The thing about nearly dying twice is you develop a new understanding of what is important and what isn't, or at least I did. I'm certain I am happier as a result.
Of course, that doesn't help anyone else learn not to ruminate.
Not only did I remember to bring my fisheye for Wide Weds but I remembered to use it on the second floor with this part of the architecture.
