Spring!

Spring has definitely sprung at last. 
The day before we left for our holiday there was sleet and snow, but things have definitely changed for the better since then.

My intention was to post this blip to mark the first day of spring which I thought was today - 21st March. Having checked, I am a day late as it was officially yesterday. I overlooked the fact that the March equinox date actually varies between March 19, 20 or 21.

The blossom shot was actually taken on my phone, but the result was better than I thought it would be so I used it in my tryptich.
