Rained Stopped Play!

Well, we knew it wasn't going to be a good day! The forecast for the whole of Wales was gales and lots and lots of rain......

So we donned our waterproofs after breakfast and walked the five minutes to the shop and got completely soaked!

We spent much of the day in our hotel in Beddgelert, but ventured out a couple of times to check the level of the water in the river.

This is a shot of me standing on the footpath with what should be the river on the right!! As you can see it's certainly spread a little.....
