A day of pruning apple trees at Stowe, in the dry but cool weather.

Great to see the new born lambs in the fields around the estate, looked after by the National Trust’s tenant farmer. The lambs are thriving in the dry weather but the ewes need the grass to grow to help them feed their new families.
