Chionodoxa Luciliae

Being newish to this gardening lark I have to say that I have been thoroughly underwhelmed by the results of my bulb planting spree last year. Earlier this year there seemed to be hundreds of snowdrops everywhere (we had about 3) and now thousands of daffodils all over the place (we've had about 4), including in random places where they couldn't possibly have been planted. So how does that work?

We have got a few of these Glory Of The Snows (or is it Glories Of The Snow?). They are a lovely colour, though I can't remember how we came to select them.

In other news the Northleach referendum produced a very clear result - 448 votes cast, 405 for, 42 against, and 1 spoilt paper (not mine).
