Supper time.

This week, Sunday night is curry night. A Moilee with sweet potato and spinach and some Dal.

In other news, I have bowed to the pressure (it should be noted that not putting all of your decorations up on the 1st December does not automatically make you Scrooge) we have put the tree up.

Usual palaver ensued. Tree too big requiring surgery to the top and the base. Tree stand is MIA so a botch job involving a large plant pot and lots of stones now contains it - and it was decorated by a vertically challenged 9 year old. This means that the bottom 2/3 looks like we have been subjected to an explosion in a decoration factory and the top is a little sparse.

It is now tied to the curtain pole with a bit of baler twine. Useful stuff baler twine.
