Radiating a beam of light

Sunny weather over here and time for a big walk around the outskirts of Bruges. Lots of tourists coming in especially from Russia and plenty of Asian people. Somehow when they take selfies or portrait , the asian people do like radiate a beam of light with their convincing smiles. Well don t they call Japan "the land of the rising sun" ?
