Green Bell

This is the view en route to Green Bell in the Howgills, taken from the little col just after the wonderfully named Knoutberry. Missy and I had wandered up from Ravenstonedale leaving Mrs IttH to do an online exam.
It was glorious but the sharp wind gusted a lot.

The extras..... 
Smardale Viaduct, taken from about 8km away as the crow flies. Firstly impressive my eyes knew what it was, even more impressive that little camera could capture people walking across it.

Missy. I sat huddled for shelter by the summit trig point planning our way down. Missy hooned around like a loon. Part of my brain must have thought that there was no way an 18inch puppy could climb onto a 4ft high, 1ft wide trig point. Clearly Missy had other ideas...
