Bring On The Sandstone Trail, Pt 1

A brave move for us as a Trio. As part of Tuttle Jnr's practice for his Cheshire hike next month with scouts we took the five and a half mile Burwardsley route, which overlooks the both sides of the sandstone ridge. Got to see our home in the distance, Warrington, Runcorn were also seen thanks to the clear day. Beeston Castle, the village of Bulkeley village and of course the Cheshire plain itself. Took a few pics, naturally. I really like this one as I don't often get a decent shot of the two. Mrs Tuttle spotted a random bunch of daffodils within the woods of top of Bulkeley hill, which was too good not to photograph. As for the scenery, we were spoilt for choice (see the extras).
We mastered the walk, just, feeling rather stiff afterwards whilst sipping into our Lattes in the candle workshops. Maybe the Beeston castle route in pt2? We'll see.

Homemade pizza for tea. With a beer. Nice.
