Footbridge

My first memories of Shrewsbury revolve around this bridge. I walked across it going to school and back. I played underneath it after school and in holidays, honing my climbing skills by crossing the river underneath it clambering from concrete rib to rib. Now it seems to be an undisturbed roost for a large pigeon population, clearly spurned by the new generation who must prefer honing their hand eye coordination on an Xbox or Playstation - c'est la vie
