WHAT A SHOWOFF....

.... after some BIG rain overnight we have had a dull sort of day, with plenty to do ended up at the sons place late arvo.

And before you know it the lorikeets and Red necked Wattlebirds were into the grevillea flowers obviously sweetened up by the recent rain.

This guy decided to pose so had to be a blip, and the other ones are on Flickr starting here. The first one took me by surprise and took off so not quite in focus but sure shows a wing display.
