Spring

So we sprung into action. Off to Port Edgar Marina to dine in Scott's. Jing's it was grand. The most expensive dish on the menu was a lobster and langoustine thing for nearly £100 but fortunately they do a very decent two course lunch for £11.95. We booked but they took the booking for the wrong day, but they sorted us out no problem. Even for a Monday they were turning them away at the door in droves. It was all very agreeable. 'Pensioner' mentioned it catered for a certain demographic. He was spot on, the idle retired rich, (I'm sure we managed to fit right in, well almost, two out of three isn't bad).

Then a slow puncture! Grrrrr. Down to Kwik Fit. They pulled out a wee screw and did a repair. I went to pay but was waved away with a "Just consider us when you need some new tyres". I was warmed to the core, until I thought about the land rover, four new boots for that comes in at £1400!

Finally a beautiful crisp Spring evening so off we went to visit our neighbour's wee lambs.
