Lilac ......

......... loveliness in the making!

Spotted these tiny buds on the Lilac bush in a neighbour's garden ...... the same garden as the Forsythia I blipped last week!

Couldn't wait for them to open ....... not the best image ..... a bit of sunshine would have helped ..... but it's been overcast today. Hopefully the sun will shine when the flowers are in full bloom :-)

Had a go at the big buddleia today ...... got some of it cut back ...... hopefully will get it finished in the next day or so ..... may need to call in reinforcements for the really thick bits .... they're like tree trunks! :-)
