Today was the first day of the conference I'm attending here in Bologna, but there was some time to go sightseeing in the evening. I went to see the church of San Stefano, the oldest parts of which date from the 4th century. This picture was taken at the chapel of the Holy Sepulchre built in the 5th century following the round shape of the church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The whole complex of Santo Stefano was amazing and the square outside of it was really pretty too.
