Think I have really cracked my Cornish pasties! The pastry for these ones was made with plain white flour, lard and butter, beef skirt, onion, swede and potato for the innerds, with a few knobs of butter and a dredging of flour to make a nice juicy finished. Lots of cracked pepper and a good pinch of salt.

Delicious.
