Vroom

The original eCar, a good old Scalextric. Updated a bit since I got mine I have to admit - track and cars both seem bigger - but the cars still fly off the track beautifully when I have command of the controller. I also demolished the crash barrier, the new ones are definitely on the flimsy side!
The Scalextric is Alex's and we were visiting his dad after an afternoon mostly spent going backwards and forwards between S's mum's flat and her bedside. Amazingly, she is now out of intensive care and a different woman to the one we saw just a few days ago. Now she's complaining about the food (ie having to eat it) and having yours truly track down and deliver a particular lipstick from her bathroom. Normal service is being resumed!
