A Stand-Off On The Rail

When there were two Blue Jays on the rail, the dove ignored them, but when the odds were evened out a bit and there was only one jay to deal with, the dove turned around and stared him down.  He didn't leave in too much of a hurry, though----he did gulp his seed that he had picked up before he flew off!  the dove son the stand-off, after all.  The extra is one of the first shots I took of the jay.  He was just sitting there calmly waiting for the buffet to appear......
