White Cliffs

Yesterday l hopped in the car and pointed its bonnet towards Deal. 2 hours later l was sittiing looking out to sea feeling totally good.
I popped onto town and had a chat with fellow blipper Jakenicer, bought some food stuffs and then drove over to the pretty, chichi hamlet of St Margarets-under-Cliffe. St Margaret's sits atop steep cliffs looking out over the water towards France 23 miles away (not to be seen today). There is a well known pub down the bottom of the steep and windy road to the shore line (or for the very fit a load of steep steps). The photo is taken from the car park on the water front; around the corner from the tall, white cliff is Dover.
