A meeting at dusk

Had no blip and looked out from my terrace and saw this, I had them all lined up and the guy next door stopped in his truck. Off they went, I waited and they came back and the guy decided to shift his rubbish bin, gone again.
However patience was finally rewarded and a blip achieved
