What I've Done

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas!

Used a cake rack on top of the Aga to dry out slices of satsuma's and limes to use in among Christmas decorations. They add great colour and a real Christmassy smell (especially when we add cinnamon as well).

So I took a few slices, placed them on the light box and honed in on some of the details. I love the way the texture of the slices has become so much more defined through drying them.
