Chaurigai (Himalayan Cow)

Chauri gai is a cow which is generally found on himalayan region of Nepal and Tibet, its is very beautiful and huge in size in comparison to other cow. This cows are generally breed for their milk producing quality. They gives good amount of milk compared to other cows. So, people of himalayan region herd them in a group and makes churpi (a fat and nourished cheese like substance made from curd) and Ghee which is very nutrients and also expensive.They have very sharp pointed and attractive horns which is marvellous. Chaurigai has helped the people of Himalayan region to make their lifestyle better in many ways.
