The old machine room building over in the brewery is the latest building given over to budding creatives. I had a look around a few weeks ago and it's quite a thing. It's basically an abandoned factory which is given over to make shift work spaces, stages and galleries. I spotted quite a few sleeping spots as well - students will put up with anything for a bit of extra beer money. This balcony is at around the 4th or 5th floor which is just overlooked by the Hotel Ottilia where I was.
