Chester Willows

A perambulation around the boundaries of Chester, today. Lots to shoot; lots, lots, oooooh lots of lots: the canal, the barges, the river, the bridges, the city walls, the King's Tower, the clock, the cathedral grounds, the buskers, ooooooodles of trees in blossom and I shot them all. Despite such a wealth of shots, my offering to you is this: two willow tress at the end of an ordinary street.

Aren't they gorgeous? Don't they truly show that Spring is really here? I love the dippy-hippy-shake of the willow. They're such a serene tree.

Bliss can be found in the most unexpected of places, for me, today, it was at the end of an ordinary street. Who knew?
