Aberfan Cemetry

A miserable rainy day. Not far away from my home is a permanent reminder of one of the saddest, horrible and most memorable disaster in living memory in the UK.

In 1966, The Aberfan Disaster a coal spoil landslide killed 116 school childen and 28 adults. Virtually all buried in this cemetry shown in the blipfoto.
