Welcome to the North Pole

Finished putting up all the decorations yesterday. I thought I would blip one or two of the things I have made over the years. The first is a needle turned appliqué quilt called Welcome to the North Pole that was made by myself and my Mum in Law. The pattern is from a book by Becky Goldsmith and Linda Jenkins. Some of the blocks were so fiddly I don't think (in fact I know) I never would have finished it if we had not made it together.

This won first prize in the village show 2 years ago. Have to say I am very pleased with it.
