Hanging baskets

I filled 6 hanging baskets this morning.  We've gone for "monoculture" this year - each basket has 5 or 6 plants of the same variety, and although each basket is different from the others, they are all blue/pink/purple - either petunias or fuchsias.  Now all that remains is to keep them alive and growing through the spring and summer!

We also finished weeding in and around the raised beds outside, and I planted some flower seeds in one.  The stuff we have to do continues to feel quite daunting at times.
