Not sure what kind of flower this is - it's on a rangy bush. I had to take a lot of pictures to get one that I liked. 

Did my workout class again today - it was very hard. Stefan (my trainer) made these sledge things that we had to push all the way down the basketball court and back - it only had 25 pounds in it but with my head down, bent over, pushing it, wow.... made my heart rate really go high. Probably too high. Overall, a really good class.

Otherwise a quiet day... I thought I'd be done with this job by now but I will end up spending a good amount of time next week brining the new guy up to speed and introducing him to all the different people.
