Yellow Brain

Today was so miserable and wet that I didn't think I was going to have much luck getting a blip. However on the drive back to the office after a job this morning this caught my eye on a pile of branches at the side of the road.

It is yellow brain fungus or Tremella mesenterica, grows on dead branches of deciduous trees and is quite common.
