Unplanned blip!

While on my way home from shopping this morning some a**hole decided to cut me off ~ and then proceded to blame me!! Unbelievable!

And although I was inconvenienced (not to mention quite annoyed!), after much thought I realized that this was insignificant considering what others are going through right now!
