Lavender Syrup

I bought this bottle of lavender and had no idea what I was going to do with it. Then I was given a recipe for lavender syrup. So, yes, I made it. The cocktail I am trying to replicate is called the Morning After. Strawberry Rhubarb vodka, lavender syrup, lemon juice, peach bitters, and Prosecco. If I figure it out, I’ll let you know.
