The Lozarithm Lens

Smokey 1605 hr (Saturday 30th March 2019)

Spent some time testing the tilt and shift lens today. It's a manual lens - manual focus, no A setting on the aperture ring, viewfinder stops down with each f-stop, you even have to tell the camera the focal length of the lens. Then there are all the twiddly knobs to adjust the vertical and horizontal shifts, plus the need for a tripod to further complicate matters. It'll need more practice.

The Extra was taken when I removed the camera from the tripod and reset the lens to normal. I was under scrutiny from Smokey as supper was due in less than three hours. I shooed him away so he moved to the central round bed, where I snapped him later for Blip.
