The one thing I was worried about with training for the upcoming season appears to be happpening, feeling tired and weak when out on the bike, probably as a result of over training.

I have seen the effects of this before with a fellow club member who struggled all season last year due to over training before the season began, and he never really recovered from it.

So this week I plan to take it easy, with three easy training sessions at a low gear, watching what I am eating, and getting plenty of rest and good sleep, hopefully it works!
