Denbigh 10k

SUNDAY

Up early doors for the Denbigh 10km race. It was mainly on single track country roads and farm tracks with lots of steep hills. I hadn’t factored in the steepest of hills at 7 km which threw my pace a little.

Finished 52nd with a time of 53:05

A huge meal this afternoon at Ruthin Castle hotel.
