Danse - Jardin Tino Rossi

I love the unexpected things that you see when walking around Paris. This afternoon we went out for a walk to see and take pictures of the cherry blossoms in the neighbourhood (see extra) and, in the Tino Rossi sculpture garden next to the Seine, we came across this group of people of all ages and abilities dancing. It seems that there is a revival of "bals populaires" or "guinguettes" in a few parks in Paris, including this one.

In the morning we had my former PhD advisor and her husband, as well as some other friends, over for quiche, salad and a "tarte Monge". C & L head back to Toronto later on this week and I'd been wanting to introduce them to A-S and P-J for some time, so it was great to have them here.
