Troodos Orchid, an endemic beauty of Cyprus

It was a real delight to come across this little beauty on our walk up from the Baths of Aphrodite.  This lovely thing is the Troodos Orchid Orchis anatolica troodi which is endemic to the island, found chiefly in the highlands of the Troodos Mountains and also on the Akamas Peninsula, where we saw it.
